The AVL Top 100 rankings are derived exclusively from residential sales that have been closed in Buncombe County up until December 31, 2024. To be eligible for these rankings, agents or teams must operate as a full-service brokerage. Agents who are solely affiliated with a builder/developer, or those who provide discount brokerage services, are not eligible for inclusion. Furthermore, agents who are part of a team will be acknowledged as part of the team rather than as individual agents.
